Dr Alder and Dr Mitchell are true and equal partners in this Family Dental Practice.  Our names are the name of the practice, not a clever or corporate name, because we stand behind what we do and what we believe in.  We have no interest in becoming a large dental clinic, rather we enjoy providing dental care to each person as we would to a member of our own family.

This practice is unique because patients are not assigned to one doctor or the other; we hope you will enjoy working with both of us!  Of course we honor your request for treatment by a particular doctor, but we both share the goal of providing excellent and ethical dental care to each person we see.

Dr Alder and Dr Mitchell spend time each week discussing treatment plans and reviewing care we have provided. We enjoy the ideas and synergy that result from working together to do things right for you.
